In this white paper I wrote for Attuned, I examined both bad conflict and good conflict, learning to recognize each by their defining characteristics. I laid out how to move conflict into the open, where it can be managed; how to get “traction” for conflict resolution; and how those in power tend to lose their ability to understand others. Most importantly, I explored out how to use curiosity to get out of the cycle of bad conflict and replace it with something much healthier and more productive.
